Weekly content on building your autoimmune-friendly lifestyle—focused on one key pillar each month: → Nourishing your body with whole foods → Finding energy and creating space for healing → Simplifying routines to stay consistent without burnout 2. Biweekly group coaching calls Come with questions or just listen in—either way, you’ll leave with clarity and confidence. 3. Anti-inflammatory recipe library Simple, nourishing meals your whole family can enjoy. 4. Planning tools + symptom trackers Stay on track, track progress, and make it easy to keep going. 5. Private group for support between calls You’re not in this alone. Get encouragement, ask questions, and celebrate wins with women who get it. TIME COMMITMENT You don’t need hours a week—this program was built for busy women. Each week includes 30 minutes of content you can access anytime. Expect to spend 2-3 hours a week between reading handouts, meal planning, coaching calls and reading through the guides.
